Exchange & Credit Policy – Ohana
At Ohana, we currently do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer the option to exchange your item or receive store credit that you can use on a future purchase.
You’re eligible to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin the exchange process, simply email us at ohanafurs@gmail.com.
Once we receive your request and approve the exchange, we’ll share the return shipping details and instructions with you. Please note that the return shipping cost will need to be covered by you, and we’ll provide the return address after your exchange has been approved.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Currently, we only offer size exchanges or credit notes—we do not accept returns.
Once we receive and inspect your exchanged item, we’ll let you know if everything is good to go. If approved, you can either choose a new size or receive a store credit for your next order.
